Bone & Muscle problems

Hi M 40 yrs and have pain in joint most of the time especially when I workout...Should I start taking calcium and if yes which one..Please suggest

I visited a doctor 5 months ago due to swelling & pain in my right knee(maybe due to excessive walking or exercise). He did X-ray & at that time he said X-ray is normal,no problem. Prescribed me some medicine for 5 days & pain & swelling was gone. After that I was having mild pain here and there  in my knee sometimes below knee & sometimes upper till now. Today i went to the same doctor with the same X-ray, now he said you have mild arthritis after seeing the  same X ray which he saw 5 months ago. Prescribed Uprise D3 (60k) weekly & a pain killer for emergency use & some exercise. I am really tensed now, what should I do as I am very young. Do I really have Arthritis Pls check carefully?

I have slip disc level l4-5 compressing right nerve disffuse posterior bulge ..but at starting i have pain from buttock to down leg right side...but now i have pain front thaise to down leg when i walk...why not in buttock.. i have attached my report

My father is 81 years old. He is frequently getting dizziness because Of Spondylitis . How to overcome it? His bp is normal. So he is afraid of walking alone because od spondylitis. Is there any medicine to stop dizziness? Kindly help me

I am having severe shoulder muscle pain and my doctor has prescribed me this medicine.Please see the screenshot. Can you please help me understand why doctor has prescribed to eat ACELOC 300 on first number? Is this correct medicine? I read on internet that it is for ulcers and for GERD and not sure why doctor prescribed this in the first place.
