Hi doctor. So the leg got swollen due to the ankle sprain which is now normal but there is little pain when i do any activity like walking, any home remedy to completely get rid of pain ?

From last 4 days a sudden bony lump appears below knee cap which feel like hard bone to touch pain majorly on touching otherwise movement normal and Mild pain some time while bending or walking presently doing ice compression twice a day

At night when I go to sleep. I feel pain joint on daily basis mostly in legs below the knee and In my shoulder Joint , in my back neck. It's like my bones are very week. I don't feel like eating anything sometimes. I feel dizziness and i can't stand for too long.

I have a pain at the back of my right shoulder. I suspect it to be because of the two-wheeler driving daily. Although I am not sure if it should be a concern because this has happened just once before but this time it is prolonged (4-5 days). The pain is mild but if there's some strain on my right hand then it starts paining and I am also not able to drive my two wheeler because of the pain. Please help. Thank you.
