Elbows pain
I was doing acupressure in the hand where I marked near to thumb... after which I got elbow pain outer side where I have marked.. I cant lift anything it aches.. and having pain now and then... as of now I'm icing it... can I do any hand excercises... I'm sure pain is because of nerves.. how to make the pain subside...

It's an inflammation at your elbow. It can be because of accupressure.
