Hand Thumb stiffness & pain
I'm suffering from stiffness and pain in my left hand Thumb. I can feel the sound coming from that region of locking. This has been happening since Nov 2024.
The 1st doctor said it's due to trigger the thumb.
The 2nd doctor said it is due to swelling in tendons.
The 3rd doctor said inquiry occurred to the twisting.
Now it's Feb. 2025 & pain is still the same.
Yes I put my hand in warm water to relieve pain.
And I haven't been doing any heavy lifting work since then but the relief is temporary.
Now the 3rd one has said it is due to increased bone.

This definitely seems to be trigger thumb. If medicines are not working then a simple injection will cure your pain.
