Some times I get numbness after long stting on chair . Recently my B12 level reduced to 157 and Vitamin D3 level is 28.9 .I consulted an orthopaedic doctor.He advised me to take injection of Vit D and nurokind OD tablet for Vitamin B12 deficiency.How many times I have to take Vit D injection and after what interval ??How long I have to eat nurokind OD?
