Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctors, I am 35, Male. 6.2 ft, 93 Kgs. Working in software. I am getting severe lower back pain, ankle and knee pain. Ointment and sprays could not heal it. At times I feel like felling down. Why i am experiencing it, how to recover from this.

Doctor am having pain on the right side of my neck below ear to scapula even am not able to rounding my neck because it cause a huge pain not even able to do excercise

I can't move my neck properly , it's painful to move the head up right and left since two days , its starts in morning

Please check the report.. 2 month of conservative treatment.. but still i have pain under the foot.. Can we cure this permanently... how many month still i have to wait... this healing time is frustrating.. please advise...

I have severe Vitamin D deficiency. My vitamin D value is 7.7nmg. The pharmacist recommended ' Calcium 500mg and Calcitriol 0.25mcg' as a vitamin D supplement. He advised me to take 1 tablet a day. But I didn't tell him my Vitamin D test value. So I am confused about the correct dose of this tablet as I have severe vitamin D deficiency. What will the correct number of tablets be taken in a day. And for how long (months) should I continue this ?

Kindly express it..is this report is good or something about to worry and need attention. Thanks in advance

Age 24 Weight 110kg Height 5'11 Sometimes (2-3 times a day)when I stand up after sitting..I experience a sharp stabbing pain in the hip right side ...it stays there for 15-20 seconds then it goes away . It has been happening for 2-3 days. Major pain in the hip and a little in the lower leg also while standing for 15 to ,20 seconds. A little bit of stiffness is there on the right side hips throughout the day No problem in walking.

Hi, I went under surgery for a collar bone plate with 8 screw on 01-05-22. Doctor suggested to get it removed after one year. Want to know can I get it removed now? Will my bone survive without it or gets weaker? What are the plus minus and When is the best time to get this removed.
