Pain in lateral thoracic region
Hello sir / mam I want to ask for my 30 yrs old wife. Usually after Dinner she experiences stiffness between her chest and pain in right side of thoraic spine. Pain gets severe at Night. What can be the reason for this. She is suffering this from past 6 months. She has no other problem. Pls suggest

Needs USG abdomen and chest. Could be gastric pain.

This kind of pain may be associated with gastric or intestinal issue, more specifically duodenal ulder or other disease.

May be gastritis if it is associated with food. Otherwise vitamin d deficiency Check vitamin d level in blood and rule out gastritis

This can occur due to muscle spasm in chest and thoracic muscles which might be getting increased at night.
Next Steps
She can start with Hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  get her USG Chest and Abdomen to rule out any other cause for pain
Health Tips
Take warm water after meals. Avoid heavy work, avoid forward bending
