Mostly will be interscapular muscle contraction. Needs Physiotherapy ( interscapular muscle release ) Hot fomentation sos for pain over 15-20 mins Muscle relaxants

Avoid using pillows, sleep on a hard couch / on floor . Avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights.

If the pain is severe and long standing Needs to be evaluated In terms of aggravating and relieving factors Bony tenderness Sos an mri might be needed
