Chondromalacia patela grade 1 treatment
I have been suffering from knee pain from past 8 to 10 years. 7 years back I had a MRI which shows a mild joint effusion and mild sprain of anterior crutiate ligament. At that time I was told to do small exercises. When ever I use to play cricket and put stress on the knee  I used to get knee pain. So with knee pads I could able to continue play for some years. From past 1 year the pain has increased and now I could not able to walk for 2 mins, and pain is coming when I am sitting , driving etc . 2 months back another MRI was taken , I was diagnosed with mild joint infusion, mild free fluid in supra patellar recess, type 1 chondromalacia patela.I had 6 to  7 sessions of acupuncture treatment  and contacted a orthopaedic  suggested physiotherapy and if the pain is more they told me to go for prp. The physiotherapy exercises are not that effective they are rather increasing the pain. Is it ok to go for prp if yes which doctor in Hyderabad is best. Please suggest. Thank you
