Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I'm a 60 year old patient , a regular chronic kidney failure patient . Having dialysis thrice a week. So I wanted to confirm once . I had recently got a lower right back pain , and after a week it shifted towards left And that whole band hurts . It pains wen I get up to sit from sleeping position and then remains like that for sometime . The pain is above my just above my hips . No pain in leg or above . Just there . I went to the local doctor. .he took xray and said it's L1 wedge compression fracture. But I didn't have any accident so far or have a fall . Nor do I have pain in that region . Just pain above hips . Like even wen I breathe deeply I get pain while inhaling out . So the doctors give me ur suggestion.

Sir i got stress Fracture neck of femur and was operated CRIF With CCS(2017). Now i am having pain in my thigh. I have been Suggested MRI. I lost my documents and i do not know my screws are of SS or Titanium. Can it be figured the metal of my screws. Or if it is of SS can i get my MRI done?

I suffer from spine straightening and lower back pain mainly in S. I. Joints but from some days i am having pain in my feet also that some where connects to the lower back. What could be the reason?
