Bone & Muscle problems

I have cracking sound on moving my left shoulder lose muscle according to right one on hand also low power then left Because I am righty Cracking sound and left clevical more visible no Pain no discomfort on moving I can keep 10 to 15 kg bucket on left hand 30 kg on right hand

I have 24 hrs pain in leg ..i have slip disc l4-5 since two yrs...now i am having continue pain in thigh front side..

Hlo doctor this srinivasa Rao I am working as a farmer since 12days my first finger of my foot is getting very painful day by day I doesn't have any BP or sugar I am thinking that it was a gout ..how can I take care about this what are the tablets ..is that is dangerous... could you please explain the treatment for this...hope ur helping me...in that

Iam suffering from heel spur since a year In x-ray report I can see spur in both left and right Done many test like Vitamin B12 - normal Vitamin D- normal Thyroid- no Haemagloblin- 12.5 All blood test reports  are good . Used painkiller for 3 months. Taken pain killer injection at heel. But no use. Ayurveda  medicine  for 2months, Undergone physiotherapy Using soft mcr chappal always Using warm and cold pack to get relief from pain. But still suffer, if I walk , I have more pain. Used massage oils given by homeo doctor.

My son 4.7 years age suddenly fell  on the  floor on Sunday , slightly in pain , then yesterday pain decreased , but swollen was there, going for x-ray , shows lower humerus fracture, doctor said need pluster ,will done on Thursday for now gave arm sling with crepe bandages and Macalvit syrup,  he is okk now but the swelling is there ,but will be it late for wait for 3days for pluster?? X-ray report attached .Kindly reply.

Sir...is gout is dangerous or by using tablets we can overcome that problem plz explain the treatment in briefly sir so that we can proceed with that ...has I was uneducated...hope ur helping me ...

Few days (15days) back I done with leftarm bone fracture implant removal  plates surgery after that doctor prescribed me Bio-d3 max capsule I am forget ask about medicine daily at which time to take can anyone tell me thank you in advance

My mother is having pain in right hand shoulder since 3 months and now it is increasing day by day and spreading in nearby areas such as back chest and complete hand. Also having problems in hand movement in upward direction. Kindly suggest.

My father is 67 yrs old. He has Gout issues caused by uric acid. Yesterday while he was in the restroom suddenly he felt his back  joint felt like as if it's locked from its usual flexibility causing inability to walk or move. He has intense pain.
