Treatment for costochondritis
I have diagnosed with costochondritis.
I tried some medications like gabapentin and pregabalin for last 15 days but it is not really working. One doctor suggested to go for corticosteroids injection.
Can someone give any suggestions?

Right arm pain/ strain

Can ACL be treated without surgery.
I have grade 2 tear on one knee and grade 3 tear on other knee as per ortho. There is no meniscus tear. I can walk, fold knee, do basic chores and have slight pain though. Can it be treated just with rehab and supplementation.
