I have right leg pain suddenly since three days.can fold my legs .not able walk properly.pain is from thigh to knees .what to do now? Its paining alot

My uncle was met with an accident, because of that his lower limb was surgically removed. Now i want to make a active prosthetic ankle for my uncle for walking and bike riding. So i want to know that how much weight can he bear ? We are making a prosthetic leg with 2kgs weight, is he can bear that much weight? Is lower limb amputees can have some movement in thigh part ? If he continuosly put pressure then is he undergone through any pain? Please help me  with these questions to make a prosthetic ankle which will give hope to so many lower limb amputees.

It's been more than a week now I'm having continuous backpain. I'm using cipla Omnigel spray to reduce the pain. I'm not able to figure out the cause of this pain. Wether it's due to lack of sleep or continuously sitting in a same position or what else can be the reason

Dear doctor, I have ankle fracture and treated with pop 6 weeks and also bone unioned at 12 weeks. My doctor Started physio at 6 weeks after fracture and I have been doing physio since 8 weeks but my range of ankle motion is 60%(with home exercise told by orthopedician) beyond 60% I am not getting full motion then I consulted physiotherapist and he is doing very aggressive since last 12 days but progresses is very poor. Dear doctor how much time it takes for full range of motion already 5 months completed after fracture. Dear doctor 5 months is very long time any chance for full range of motion can I expect. Inversion not bad good and eversion is also not bad very good. Plantar flexion 70% Dorsiflexion is very very poor. Dear doctor please help. I haven't attached x ray my doctor told bone is unioned.

Hello doctor a month ago i falled on my right knee from outside pain is not there but it pains internally while seating in squat position please tell me what should I do

I have been having weakness and stiffness in body for last 3 months. Feel difficult to do activities requiring strength. Feel pain in hands after doing exerting activities. Also have knee joint pain which makes it difficult to walk slightly. Initially there was only slight discomfort in left knee but one day i stretched my right knee awkwardly while wearing shorts. Since then I have pain in both knees, but right knee hurts mor I started doing daily 1 hr walking from last 1 month but get feet cramps  which resolve by evening. Hence, always feel the need to be conscious abt my body movements lest I strain or sprain anywhere. Visited new doc who told to do following tests. ESR - 10                  0-10 CRP - 1.6                0-10 RF - 12.6                 0-14 AntiCCP - <7       0-17 B12 - 116               200-911 Vit D - 10                20-50 B12 & D were tested 1 month ago. And I have been taking weekly b12 jnjections & vit d supplements as per prev doc advise. Plz help.
