Hi sir /madam Iam suffering from leg pain with numbness and tingling and needle pain along with hands pain. Both legs are pain, now right leg pain can some what's better, now it shifted to left leg with thighs, knees and leg.  Sometimes feeling relaxed with no pain, when am standing pain will rise along with my hands, and sometimes pain sometimes relaxed. Suddenly it will come. I increased my weight 69 to 73. Why this pain will suddenly come ? Please give me some suggestions. Please consider my question and suggest me medication or any deficiency . Am waiting for your answer. Thanking you.

Doctor has adviced ultracet for pain but I am getting dizziness, is there any other alternative for it.

I'm having a cervical pain since last month. It comes and goes but since last night it's very severe with which upper arm muscles are paining badly. I'm not able to sleep properly waking up again and again cause of pain. Not able to move my arm upwards. What should I do? Which pillow should I use to get good sleep?

Only during back pain duration we should not wear high heel sandal ? I mean if someone get back pain some time . So only in that period of back pain must not wear high heel sandal . or if any time we had back pain . so we Should never wear high heel sandal ?

I done surgery for ankle bone fracture last month 27th its around 4 weeks now again they put plaster cast for 12 more days it's really very tight I couldn't tollarate pls help me here is this really needed?

My relative has pain in her back and we got her C-Spine MRI done. Please advise on the report findings

MRI Report At C5/6 level, there is a small left foraminal protrusion indenting on the anterior theca and causing left mild neural foraminal stenosis. At L3/4 level there is posterior annular bulge indenting on the anterior theca and causing mild neural foraminal stenosis. At L4/5 level there is posterior annular bulge with posterior annular tear indenting on the anterior theca and causing bilateral moderate neural foraminal stenosis (left > right). At L5/S1 level there is posterior annular bulge indenting on the anterior theca and causing bilateral no significant neural foraminal stenosis. I am not having any neck or lower back pain but only pain in my arms on and off mostly on the left side. And also burning sensation in wrist and hands please help is the surgery only option left for me??

Does herinated disc shrink and heal on its own with physical exercises on? Does canal stenosis improve onces disc shrink? Have mild canal stenosis at l4-l5 7mm. Need to know this please help. Taken ozone injection recently and no pain or radicular symptom.
