Post operative hip replacement was done 06/02/2023, currently walking pain and stiffness hip area and calf muscle, foot pain . But exercise pain increase leg

I got a hand (biceps) injury two months ago, because of overstretching my hand. I have been taking vitamin D supplements. But still there's hand weakness and light pain whenever it is overused. There was no swelling or bruising from the beginning. But the weakness after overuse is not going. How much time will take for a complete recovery and what should I do for it? Thank you.

Suffering from cervical spondylitis.  Recently  Feeling little numbness in and around right ear and slight imbalance feeling. Pain behind right eye. What is the right medicine and what is the permanent solution?
