For my spondylosis I have pain in the back of the neck with a pain in the right flank and pain in the neck.

I am having pain in lower back which is triggered when i bend down also sometimes pains near knee joint while standing not for that long. i am even taking good rest but pain comes back when i bend down i am a little overweight since two years my weight is 70 kgs height 5 ft 5 inches

Please tell me how much vitamin d should be in our body in Manopause . Please check my report...I have back pain .

Hi Doctors, My wife is suffering from severe back pain, which also travels down from her back to hip things, calfs, and ankle. We did the MRI which shows big disc bulge a. We contacted the orthopedic, and they asked for rest and some pain medicines and also suggested surgery. We want to avoid surgery. Can someone suggest if this will be treated without surgery over time and how long will it take. Thanks in advance.
