I'm having mild pain in my right shoulder, i think its related to rotator cuff, what can i do to resolve it asap??

3daysago I observed one side swell on 2nd toe of right foot. Felt pain only when pressed it. But today feeling pain without touching the swell and unable to walk also. I didn't hit anything with that foot also. I have 1month baby and taking iron and calcium tablets too

While i was playing cricket my ankle got twisted and after that i got swelling now how to get relief from this ankle sprain please guide any home remedy.

I have ankle fracture and my doctor told fracture is healed walk with full weight but while walking with full weight I am getting severe pain in my heel area and again I consulted my doctor and again he is saying walk with partial weight bearing is he right? How many days required to walk with full weight from non weight bearing. Can I suddenly jump from non weight bearing to full weight bearing I have limited range of motion can I walk without pain with limited ROM.
