Knee pain & buckling
I use to walk 7 kms to 9 kms in one go. Since a month I am experiencing pain on knee cap and knee buckling when I bend forward putting weight on knees . Surprise is I don't experience any pain during my walk. I walk at speed of 6.2 kmph. Started applying volitra aps spray from today.. when pain goes up im taking mobizox tablet...(not regular...once in a week or once in 10days) Is it enough or any alternative than calling me for personal visit or online

Knee 'buckling' is a sign of ligamentous instability You would require a thorough clinical examination and subsequent imaging (MRI). Avoid rigorous physical activities until we've come to a diagnosis.
Next Steps
Consult your local Orthopaedician.
