Glucosamine supplement - Early arthritis
I have been prescribed a 3 month course of daily glucosamine/chondroitin (Jointace or Cartigen Forte) for early arthritis in knee. Should I stop it after 3 months or continue...or it should be cycled, like stop for few days, then start again for 3 months...pls advise... thanks

If symptoms have subsided, you can stop in 3 months time..
If your symptoms continue, pls visit an orthopaedic doctor again!
