Back pain radiating till thigh
I am suffering from a back ache on one side which is radiating till my thighs for 15 days. Attached are my MRI results observations. Apart from medicines what preventive care should be taken.

Avoid forward bending Avoid weight lifting Rest Lumbosacral belt Spinal extension exercise Hot water massage

Rest for 2 weeks Maintain spine in straight posture and Avoid forward bending and lifting weights Sleep on Hard couch and avoid pillow under head and use it under knees Avoid sitting for longer duration and strech body at regular intervals Avoid travelling on bikes Physiotherapy back IFT and ULTRASONIC THERAPY and strengthening exercises

It should be managed conservatively.Avoid weight lifting, strict bed rest, physiotherapy.Follow this for atleast 21 days and continue this for further 21 days if symptoms improves.
