Pain in shoulders
I have pain in m y shoulders . Sometimes left and sometimes right . It seems the pain in pectoral muscle area . . Not much relief with mobizox . Have no pain while sleeping . It hurts from morning till night and is very annoying

Do regular exercises.. and stretching .. if pain doesn't go then consult a doctor

There are many reasons which can cause shoulder pain like stiff shoulder, rotator ciff injury etc. Its important to find the reasons as treatment is different for all conditions. It would be better to meet a doctor personally for better management.
