PRP treatment for rotator cuff tear
I have slap tear and very small tears in supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons since last 2.5 years.Tried intra articular steroid injection but did not work. Got better with physiotherapy . I experience slight pain sometimes in my shoulder so wanted to know if PRP treatment can work in my case.

PRP have limited role in rotator cuff and SLAP tears. It has given results in some cases but can't say how significantly it will help you
Next Steps
You can start with Shoulder strengthening exercises, start Hot fomentation , take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet SOS. Physiotherapy can be continued..
