Left arm pain
Hello doctor
All of sudden my left arm starts paining from shoulder to finger tips and sometimes from elbow to finger tips, pain stays for 30 minutes and sometimes for 1 hour, please tell me why it pains I'm scared

Avoid the triggering activity/exercise
Considering your age, It may be exercise induced/ keeping the arm in the same position for a long time causing pressure on nerves may be the cause.
