I have pain in my nack ,back and also  ever joint pain should I take any blood test for this issue or take any medicine for recovery

I'm a 60 year old male patient and  was diagnosed with L1 wedge compression. Taking pain killers now . Is surgery recommended or just simple approach . Attached my X-ray

My nephew has been diagnosed with osteoid osteoma at the location of the medial aspect of the left femoral neck.l am looking for a hospital or doctor where this can be treated with RFA in bangalore.please help me with these details. Thank u so much .

Fell during exercise today and twisted my ankle. Got x-ray done and doc said it's an undislocated hairline fracture. He said its quite minor. Immobilisation is needed for 2 weeks. Wanted a second opinion here. Whats should be the next steps and treatment here

My scaphoid nonunion (avn) surgery has been done in 2018 with bone graft from illic crest and with k wire fixation now it has been almost 6 years for surgery. Until now I feel pain in 3 to 4 months gap when I lift weights and play cricket etc. and pain goes it own in 2,3 days. Is this pain common?? today I do X-ray . Please see x ray and report and advise me. I have attached it.

Can we get the extra accessory muscle(Sternalis muscle) removed from under the breast if it has been causing severe pain along with disability for past 3 years ? Is it a safe option ?

So my dad is a chronic dialysis patient(60M) . Doing dialysis past 8 years . So recently he had back pain And so we had taken him to a hospital The docs took xray and found its L1 wedge compression , they told that the bone has become small so we need to know why and investigate it .then only we can prescribe medications. And are asking for an mri . Is xray not sufficient to give medications or tell further course of Treatment.

Slipped and fell yesterday during dance routine, and hurt my left ankle. In an hour, the ankle swelled and the pain became unbearable. Went to hospital and got xray done. There is no dislocation. doctor said likely very minor hairline fracture is there as per the size of swelling and pain, can get missed on xrays. Will greatly appreciate Practo Doctors' opinion!!! Also, do i need a PoP cast or will an ankle brace do??

Sir/mam मेरे बांए पैर के घुटने में एक हड्डी नॉर्मल से कुछ ज्यादा ही निकली हुई है जिसकी वजह से घुटने के बल बैठने में प्रॉब्लम होती है , लेकिन वैसे उसमे कोई दर्द नही रहता । लेकिन पटेला के just ऊपर right side हमेशा हल्का दर्द बना रहता है। और बीच बीच में वो दर्द कुछ दिन ज्यादा भी हो जाता है। और ऐसा चार या पांच साल से है मुझे confirm नही है। कृपया सही सलाह दे की मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।red circle मे हड्डी बाहर निकली है और yellow मे pain रहता है
