Hi, I m 33 year old female working in IT having a history of l4 l5 disc herination 16 years back . Got mild relapse in Jan 2023 and again having repeat episode since May 2023. And got MRI today. As compared to last MRI disc has protuded. What should be the next steps. Pain areas are right leg more on feet and right side back region since 4-5 days. Limping while walking due to pain. Want to know best treatment options.

My mother is 55 year old. She has thyroid and hypertension in her medical history. She is complaining that she is facing pain when she folds her fingers into a fist and particularly when she tries to fold her index finger. She has Lil swelling on the fists. On her last diagnosis 6 months back with general doctor, she was informed that this could be due to stress and was prescribed medication accordingly. My question is which doctor shall I visit this time for a regular checkup and for the first nerve pain. An orthopaedic surgeon?? is her doctor currently for the pain issue or a rheumatologist?? since I have been advised by my relatives

I am 40 years old. I used to be a fat woman with almost 90 kgs of weight because of that I have problems like swollen feet all the time and then I decided to lose weight. Now I am 70 kg. But the problem is still there. My feets got swollen whenever I do work. What should I do nothing seems to work. It also pains.

Hello Sir, while doing some stretching exercises, I undergone cramp and  pain at right leg thigh area. Unable to move this leg freely. Also could not sleep due to this,last time. Kindly advise medication and care to be taken. Regards

MRI shows abscess wit Cortical destruction of adjacent bones. Mom has foot pain for sometime went to a podiatrist, he suggested an MRI and I have attached the report. I want to take a second opinion... Is it good to consult another podiatrist or Rheumatologist or ortho surgeon? Please suggest

I m in my early 30's unmarried woman having slip disc. Episode 1- In 2007 l4-l5 disc bulge with leg pain initially followed by numbess and power loss. Recovered successfully with ozone therapy, steroid injection and physiotherapy. Episode 2- In jan 2023, very mild disc bulge at l4-l5 with spasm on left side back. Mild soft tissue canal stenosis with 9.5mm Recovered within 1 month with physiotherapy Episode 3- From May 2023 and continued till now, pain in back, no numbess or no power loss or no tingling. All motor functions are proper with full strength. Pain in right leg was observed 3 weeks back and settled in 1 week with physiotherapy. Done MRI 4 days back. Attaching MRI scan and report for better analysis. Please help me if i can get treated with non surgical approach. Does canal stenosis diameter increase once disc shrinks? I want to get married and have baby. Please let me know best conservative treatment options. I need help and guidance. Please.

My father landed his foot inappropriately while coming down the stairs 4 months back. The pain was more initially but it gradually decreased with time but did not went off completely. Visited many doctors and some painkiller and calcium tab was prescribed everytime. Recently went for mri and observerd partial tear in meniscus both lateral and internal. Right now undergoing physitherapy and pain is minimal. Do i need to go for surgery in this case?

I feel dull pain near my tail bone and both the kegs . Legs pain in muscles . Also arm pain . Feel lot of fatigue . Pain increases after walking and excercising

I was experiencing a lot of pain on the lower back for more than a year, The pain radiates to my right leg. Lumbar MRI revealed spondilosis and I was advised to wear an LS belt, by neuro medicine doctor. However off late I am also experiencing pain in the middle around the dorsal portion hence a Dorsolumbar MRI was advised by neurologist. MRI findings are disc desiccation with mild posterior disc bulge at l4 and l5. Mild disc desiccation at l3 and l4. Mild facet arthropathy at l1 and l2 to l4 and l5.i have to sit for long hours during work everyday Please advise. Thanks
