Pain in buttocks, thighs & walk
After 2 to 3 days of high grade fever I am unable to walk .Pain in upper thigh & buttocks & waist from last 5 days. Physiotherapy also taken like electric current type in thighs but condition is not fully improved.

Post infection myalgia Rest Plenty of fluid More fruits and less oily diet Medicine It will alright in 3-4 days
