Does hunchback hide some height ?
Does hunchback hide some height even when standing upright ? I have started doing exercises to correct my posture and I'm wondering if that elongates my spine and increases my height.TIA

Postural kyphosis can be corrected with posture correction excercises.There will be apparent increase in height after correction of deformity

It can apparently reduce some height on vision but it if you are flexible your actual height can be measured correctly while standing erect
