Hello
Recurrent dislocation of shoulder can be only premanently treated by a surgery . Its a structural abnormality and hemce needs a surgery named Latarjet procedure
After the surgery it can be cured permanently

Avoid force on shoulder in any form as it can create fracture in your case
Start scapular balancing exercises and rotator cuff strength training

Recurrent dislocation leads to bone damage, asess bone loss through 3d ct to know glenoid bone loss, hill sach index , on track or off track lesion. if bone loss is high then surgery is required.

I’m not an homeopathic doctor and also I don’t believe there is any treatment more effective than surgical stabilisation for recurrent shoulder dislocation.
If done properly patients are able to go back to sports too.
Also it is a minimal invasive surgery or keyhole procedure in most cases.
Best wishes
Recurrent shoulder dislocation needs to be corrected surgically.
Homeopathy helps in curing diseases which can be treated with medicines. It mostly won't help in conditions requiring surgery.
