Is there any cure of sternalis syndrome. As per HRCT thorax, I have extra layer of muscle superficial to pectoralis on right side. It hurts all day and night. Can't sit, stand and move. This started post lactation. Making me disable each day. Physiotherapy didn't help at all.

Hello, i am suffering from cervical spondylitis since 2020 & these days I'm feeling a bit dizzy sometimes along with left side chest and arm pain, is the pain related to cervical or something else, also I'm having dandruff on my scalp due to which there's lot of wax coming out of my ear, is this the reason of my dizziness Attaching my mri, which was done on march 2021 please help out

I am suffering from neck and shoulder pain for more than a month now.. Initially it seemed like an usual neck pain that happens due to wrong sleeping postures which goes away in a couple 0f days but this time the pain gradually increased spreading to the shoulder and recently I feel it radiating to my right hands too..the pain is unbearable at times especially in the morning when I wake up. What should I do,which doctor to consult am not sure.. please advise

Hello, 2 weeks before woke up with thigh pain in left leg. There was lot of pain when bending, getting in position to sit or things like tying shoe laces. Did some stretching, got better. Then next day, got the upper thigh pain again. Took a muscle relaxant it resolved. Now since 5-6 days,facing on off calves tightness, thigh back muscle pain in both the legs and muscle pull pain in upper thigh in right leg. The upper thigh seems tight. Please suggest remedy.

Had fracture on right leg( x-ray attached) 13 weeks back.. had cast for 8 weeks plus 4 week of less weight on fractured leg. M still on walker nd putting partial weight as of now. Q1. When I can start walking normal? Do I need to make journey from walker-stick-normal? Q2 currently taking physiotherapy nd doctor advised me to walk putting left leg( normal one) then right leg ( fractured one) which is completely opposite of what I hv walked my whole life, is it necessary?
