Bone & Muscle problems

There no physical impact or any injury on my back nor at my tail bone or at any other part of my hip area or in body.but,I fell the pain on my butt (below the tail bone) when I sit on my butt or try to get up from chair/sofa. I'm unable to sit comfortably and get up. I have no other symptoms or health issue.

I am taking one  afla b2 capsule daily for knee pain as prescribed by doctor. Is it safe for breastfeeding mothers? Image of medicine attached.

Mri Report: Grade – II injury with horizontal tear seen at body and posterior horn of medial meniscus. Grade II injury seen at anterior horn of lateral meniscus region. Strain at femoral attachment of Medial collateral ligament, medial and lateral patellar retinaculum is seen. Intrasubstance PDFS hyperintense signal is seen at the entire length of ACL with disruption of fibers is seen at tibial attachment of ACL likely-high grade partial thickness tear with strain. My father is 61,does he require surgery in this case because since last one week going through physiotherapy and pain is now minimal.

Hi, I m 33 year old female working in IT having a history of l4 l5 disc herination 16 years back . Got mild relapse in Jan 2023 and again having repeat episode since May 2023. And got MRI today. As compared to last MRI disc has protuded. What should be the next steps. Pain areas are right leg more on feet and right side back region since 4-5 days. Limping while walking due to pain. Want to know best treatment options.

My mother is 55 year old. She has thyroid and hypertension in her medical history. She is complaining that she is facing pain when she folds her fingers into a fist and particularly when she tries to fold her index finger. She has Lil swelling on the fists. On her last diagnosis 6 months back with general doctor, she was informed that this could be due to stress and was prescribed medication accordingly. I am 40 years old. I used to be a fat woman with almost 90 kgs of weight because of that I have problems like swollen feet all the time and then I decided to lose weight. Now I am 70 kg. But the problem is still there. My feets got swollen whenever I do work. What should I do nothing seems to work. It also pains.

Hello Sir, while doing some stretching exercises, I undergone cramp and  pain at right leg thigh area. Unable to move this leg freely. Also could not sleep due to this,last time. Kindly advise medication and care to be taken. Regards

MRI shows abscess wit Cortical destruction of adjacent bones. Mom has foot pain for sometime went to a podiatrist, he suggested an MRI and I have attached the report. I want to take a second opinion... Is it good to consult another podiatrist or Rheumatologist or ortho surgeon? Please suggest
