Lower back Pain
Bent legs at time of birth cured by doctor with cement or POP some treament at the time of birth only... Now I am have lower back pain ...MRI DONE.. findings: L3­-L4 partial block vertebra with rudimentary disc. Disc desiccation at multiple levels. Diffuse annular bulge at L2­L3 level indenting anterior thecal sac. Diffuse annular bulge with mild posterocentral protrusion at L4­L5 level indenting anterior thecal sac,brushing / contacting the left sided exiting nerve roots. Left paracentral annular tear at L5­S1 level Diffuse annular bulge with left paracentral protrusion at L5­S1 level indenting anterior thecal sac,moderate narrowing of left neural foramen and left lateral recess with compression of left sided traversing and exiting nerve roots. Spinal canal narrowing at L5­S1 level measuring 7.5 mm .. .. Is My condition serious? Can it be cured with medicine and physiotherapy? Or surgery required ?? Complications after surger as age is 19 only
