Slip disc...
I have slip disc l4-5 since last two years ,now my pain settle ,i can walk and stand, but my belly fat become more becoz of not walking more ...now i want to make me fit,can i do cardio exercise to loose weight of belly fat...please suggest

You should focus your maximum attention on diet along with light exercise ( avoid forward bending). Stop carbs completely, in which rice, bread(roti), sweets, snacks(nqmkeen), potatoes are the main factors which do not allow your weight to reduce.

You can start the cardio. But be on safer side for not doing the excercise which involve forward bending.
