I was having slip disc ..last two years...but now my pain settle..i can walk...but i m scaring about future it will create any problm...should i go for surgery ,is any risk in surgery...i m thinking surgery for staying healthy for lifeline...but scare also

In order to prevent further progression of problem , maintain spine in straight posture, do strengthening exercises regulary
