Foot pain in the morning
Hello doc I feel extremely difficult to place my foot on the floor especially when I wake up in the morning The end of the feet pains a lot Also I feel a sharp pinching pain under my right shoulder blade Why is it so I do apply volini and hot fermentation but not much help

You can try ice pack application over affected area and gentle stretching of affected part. Avoid wearing foot wear with high heels or firm soles. Analgesic Sos as when needed.
