Can I continue to consume calcium carbonate + D3 supplement (1000 mg per day) regularly to avoid calcium deficiency without having to face any adverse effect of it in future?

Overdose is also harmful.. Check bone calcium by dexa scan.. If osteopenia or osteoporosis, then consume it
