Pain in both the shoulder
Hi Doctor, I have pain in both the shoulder from 4 months. I am taking treatment from 1.2 month. 1st took treatment from gen physician n she gave vit D, vit B and magnesium citrate table for month. I had all but pain not went completely. She suggested to check with orthopedic Doctor. The Doctor suggested vegabin-nt and mobizox tablet for 10 days I am taking some improvement is their but not completely. While touching or pressing not feel any pain. But moving or lifting or quick movement hand are very painful. Doctor has suggested to take injection tricort 40 Shall I go for it. My hb1ca is 6.2 Could you please help me I am very worried or is sine of some bigger issue.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --.
