Bone & Muscle problems

I had my nails hit between the doors of the car which caused bluish clot in my nail. After a day, swelling and redness and also the bluish is spreading throughout the nail. I get instant relief while putting an ice pack but after that the pain repeats. The thumb is highly swollen and painful. Doctors suggested taking Disperzyme and vit c, is it fine without these medication? Is there any way to reduce the swelling?

I have been suffering from these symptoms for almost 5 weeks now. When I move my neck to the right (especially when right and down) and keep that in that position , I start feeling gagging(pressure builds up on the lower right throat) and nausea feeling comes up. Moreover, I get a weird feeling of something stuck in my throat ( this feeling is intermittent) ... I have done ultrasound, upper endoscopy, xray, thyroid test.. all come clean.. I believe this started 5 weeks back when my upper back and neck got stiff because of some reason, that stiffness has been reduced almost by 80-90% now. Initially, I thought that the Nausea/stuck feeling related to this muscle spasm happened to me, but back/neck stiffness almost has gone away but this throat issue is still there.
