Please help me
I had an ankle twist before one month. But my ankle is still getting swelled whenever I walk or sit for long time.Kindly help me out..

Probably you are walking on a deformed ankle joint and hence swelling.

It might be as simple as an ankle sprain or might have a fracture involving ankle or foot too
