Bone & Muscle problems

I have ACL surgery scheduled for next week at Sports Injury Centre department in Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. I have attached my test reports. Can someone please let me know if I'm fit to undergo the surgery as per the test reports. I've heard from someone that usually if there's even minor issues like fever, the surgery gets delayed.

Hello, I am a 41 old male. When I walk for a long distance or stand for a lengthy time like 30 mins, my feet soles starts to ache badly and I can hardly stand. Please advice what I can do to minimize this pain. Warm Regards, Sanjib Behera

Due to poor posture and desk work I have pain in left side upper back scapular region. I have done Xray of cervical spine and xray is normal. Is this because or muscle pain?? This pain increases with driving car. After driving 1.5-2 hours, it starts pain and feels stiffness. Please advise.

Sir pls see the x ray and the further procedure... yesterday she fell down doctor said operation is must ...WT was the recovery time ...and is they insert screw and plates .?..am so worried...will she walk normal..when she start her household activities pls pls ... suggest..

Hello sir, I had a knee twist and I had an MRI scan, and the result is Near complete / high grade partial tear of femoral attachment and mid substance anterior cruciate ligament with few indistinct intact fibers of posterolateral bundle. Minimal anterior tibial translation of 6.5 mm noted Do I need to go for Surgery ?

I have pain in medial ankle when touched on the ankle from last 15 days. No injury or strain. I had uric acid problem. Now there is swelling also which increases with walking and standing. When I press on the swelling it is leaving a dent. My pain also persists difficulty with movement of the ankle. Can gout cause dent in swelling? How to reduce this

It's been more than a month. The doctors have diagnosed that uric acid is high. I have been taking medicines, following all instructions and diet suggestions along with exercises daily but still not able to completely get well from this..Attached photo of legs.

Dear sirs I met an accident day before yesterday . And my left ring finger bone fractured. So yesterday dressing was done . Lot of blood lost. And bone part is missing not found. So doctor suggested an surgery with insertion of two 1 mm stainless steel k wire. Both are inserted on joints I have attached both pics. How much good is surgery done. He took about 1 and half hour. But he said movement will be lot compromised. He coverd 2 handspan portion of hand in soft plaster . What you think are these joints joined well or can be improved more. After 7 days this plaster will be removed and hard plaster on finger will be casted. Medicine zeradole sp Linezolid antibiotic Pantop d Advised for 7 days. What other precaution can be done. I m private teacher and home tutor. How to manage in these 7 days
