I has been called from activa when I was trying to back and all of sudden I fall from activa from my right side. My body from right side hit on the road and I have pain in my right side below 4 inch lower below under arms. Please suggest what to do?

My Knees are always paining even when in rest position. Ankles also pains when I walk for more than 30 mins and it becomes unbearable.

I was working out in gym (doing deadlift with 80kgs) and I heard a pop from my hand. Next day, the hand was swollen. I visited an orthopedist and he gave me a splint to wear. After a month, he said I can start the gym again. At this time I could hear the clicking noises in the wrist but I thought it was minor. After two months of working out, the pain on wrist increased so I visited another hand specialist. The doctor asked me to get an MRI. I've attached the MRI report. The doctor said I need a surgery to fix this. Mentioning that there is a complete tear although in the report it was mentioned that there is partial tear. For three months I let it heal naturally which it did but not completely. I visited another doctor and he suggested SCP to fix. I did the procedure and it's been one month and I still have pain in the injury area. The pain has reduced by a lot but I still can't workout without pain (I tried to do a pushup and it pained) What should I do?

I fell down xray was normal but severe pain in the lower back pain right side which spreds to total leg. Shooting and burning sensation.
