Bone & Muscle problems

I feel sounds in bone joints in legs and shoulder. Most of the times pain in neck and also when I sit and stand back sound in Knees.

Please find the attached report. Is this a rare muscle ? I am in severe pain all the time for past 3 years. It occurs only under right breast and travels to right upper back. Can this be removed ?

Can we give bottle guard and ridge guard curries with rice from second day of TKR as a diet to the patient.

Plz get the attached X ray and blood report have an exident and damaged in finger... doctor tell that some wire will be there attached with finger by surgery. and cost approx 9000 for that surgery. I found it costly. plz sujjest me the best way... whether surgery or wire is necessary or some other way ...plz sujjest

Bucket handle tear of posterior horn of medical meniscus is showing in mri actually I had my injury on May 25 this year and doctor suggested me for rest and after a month I did mri it is showing bucket handle tear , should I go for meniscus repair or partial menisctomy , which would be good option , my age is 28 ?

Am 21 yrs old girl.Having pain in the lower back especially in the middle and in the right leg .. feeling  problem in folding my leg ..not pickup any hard object not do any hard exercise. How to relief this pain ?

I stay in remote rural side due to field work. I met with an accident, fell on the door step on my shoulder. Lot of pain. Done Xray. Please review and help me understand the typeand extent of injury and treatment that might be needed. I have xray taken on the day of injury and 5 days later after shoulder was strapped by the nearby doctor.

I have been diagnosed with ACL grade 1 injury to it's distal thirds, while doing any exercise am getting pain near by my lateral side of the knee joint, don't know its IT band pain or cartilage, I did exercise with 1 kg weight, now can't able to tolerate the pain i went for PRP injection yesterday, will IT heal my IT band because it's 4 years back injury to ACL ligament

My son has been feeling neck discomfort for the past 6 months. Consulted multiple orthopedics and did x-ray which turned out fine. So, orthopedics said it is because of improper posture. He gave a course of painkillers and hot therapy for 5 days which just provided temporary relief. One of them suggested an eyesight test. So we got new specs but still the pain was still there. Then we consulted a physiotherapist and have been following exercises for 2-3 days but the pain has increased. Please suggest what to do and which type of doctor to consult.
