I am having pain in my middle finger, feeling warmth and has swelled and I doubt it is a blood clot, plssss help Cant go to a doc rn, as it is raining heavily!

My child is 15, his weight is 55.... He was using an metal gun, and shooter with it like 30-40 times, and now his middle finger has swollen and he is feeling warmth in his finger and pain, After I googled it I am doubting if it is a blood clot and no injury as such(except that the gun trigger was really hard)... Cant go to a doc as it is raining really heavily! Plssss helpp!

My Mother has undergone rotator cuff tear surgery in January. It's been 5 months. Almost 2 months post surgery physiotherapy has been started which means 3 months now. She still not able to raise her hand completely up and external rotation is also just 30°.  Recently,She is feeling tightness between her neck and shoulder.  Surgeon who performed surgery keeps saying she needs to fo more active exercises and more repetitions to get her hand up. There is no issue. Is that right? To know the tightness, physio suggested shoulder xray and in there everything looks normal(no myositis) . My doubt - will Xray be completely helpful to understand if there is mayositis formed?. Please confirm.. And usually how much it may take for shoulder rotator cuff surgery recovery.

My daughter fell on bed yesterday after that she was crying whole evening,today she is not crying she is playing also but today we noticed swelling on her arm .Is that a fracture? She is not allowing us to touch her arm but she is able straighten the arm
