Bone & Muscle problems

Hi Doctors, For the past couple of weeks , I have been experiencing pain at the bottom of my foot under the second finger(next to thumb). The pain is more at morning and when I flex the foot or walk barefoot or if more pressure is applied at that area, it is applied there. Can you please help me with some medicine or treatment, or guidance on how to tackle and overcome this pain. Note:   I DO NOT have flat foot condition

I am a31-year-old male patient experienced severe left leg pain six years ago. MRI scans revealed swelling, and the pain persisted for several years before resolving with treatment. Last month, I sustained a subtrochanteric comminuted femur fracture after slipping on concrete surface . During surgery, doctors noted reduced bone density and an X-ray showed a bone lesion in the same femoral shaft. vitamin D levels were also low (15-20) in the past two years. Given this information, could this be a case of osteomyelitis?

My friend’s height is 150 cm, age 19 years old. She wants to increase it to appear for govt jobs. What kind of X-ray needs to be done to check whether growth plates ve been fused or not ?

No use for medication still pain. When I'm setting in ground the pain will more. I can't sit 1 hr r more time at a position what I'm do and consulting a doctor his given psi killer tablets but no use

Hi, I have visited a few ortho docs and the opinions offered are varying ..few docs suggested to go immediately for a surgery and not wait further to do the plating for fixing the dislocated clavicle...while others say clavicle sleeve with shoulder brace and arm sling should be used for 6 weeks and can monitor the progress.. Kindly suggest the pros and cons for each. Thanks in advance

I feel Lower abdomen pain with left side flank pain. Ultrasound found no any reason for this pain . No kidney stone or urine infection in URINE RM CULTURE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Pain started in my medial ankle and later swelling also developed. This causes pain while walking and also swelling after a walk. This is there from last 2 weeks. Only at medial ankle I see swelling is because of fluid type and a dent appears when I press on it. I have uric acid problem which caused pains in other areas in the past. I am taking febuxostat from last 1 week along with the pain killers. During medication I feel better but again doesnot allow me to walk for long. X ray of ankle is normal. LFT and RFT also normal. RA factor is also normal. Can high uric acid cause this type of pain and how long generally it takes to heal? Can it also cause dent in swelling when pressed? Please advise

I have ankle pain and swelling from a week. I have been prescribed tofe 5mg and hcqs tablets for 2 weeks along with pain killers. Will they help reducing swelling and pain? I do not have arthritis but have uric acid

Hi, I'm 23 right now and 6'2, I'm having issues with weak thin bones since childhood which is really concerning as the risk of fractures is high. I've never stopped my milk consumption since childhood and everyday I have around 500ml cow milk, from last few months I switched to buffalo milk. Can you please suggest the DOs and DONTs to overcome this problem?
