My father age 51 diabetes and High bp patient Right hand pain . consulted Doctor with MRI (attached) said some disc press in c5-C6 and C6-C7 prescribed physiotherpy of CERIVAL TRACTION and Ultracet incase of pain But my father feeling no pain in sleeping position but unable to sit or stand for 2 mins in freely hand lossen position . doctor said in future surgery required .Can please advice what surgery is it major or minor? Main question is cervical traction therpy recommend or not? Best or it worsen the condition? Different doctors saying different things about cervical traction. Surgery name? Apporx cost

Hi, Two weeks back had back pain. Near by Dr. Injected me Myoril , post that I was doing better. As a part of this did many core muscle strengthen exercise and foam roller exercises . After 10days, now suffering severe pain in the Glutes. Stopped doing foam roller bur still feeling a pain with specific body posture. It's not radiating anywhere , sharp pain in glutes only. Please help to clarify if injection site pain develops after 10days ? Or pain might due to severe exercise and foam roller glute exercise? Now Dr. Provided Etoshine tablet for 5 days. Please advise if this pain gets settled over time ?

Recently I have visited a doctor for sever lower back ache and he told that it is due to body stiffness and nutritional deficiency and advised for vitamin b12 and vitamin d test. My vitamin b12 was 280 & d3 was 28. He has advised to consume sarvacal plus once a day and d3 shot 60000 IU twice a week for 6 weeks. My question is that is it safe to consume this dose of D3 withour K2 as I have read that high dose of D3 and calcium without K2 can cause some issues. Please suggest for a supplemet better than sarvacal plus which have vitamin K2 also? Also advise correct dose of B12& D3 vitamin as per my levels?

Hi dr I am 34 year old man with wieght around 99kg. I am experince quadriceps area pain above right knee. It is mainly paining when i am resting ... I had bike accident 2012 and after that right knee bone appear more out when i bend( i am telling this just for info... there is no pain on knee cap. ONLY BONE COMES OUT MORE ON this knee as compare to left) I am tilltle worried if this is as serious as bone cancer?? I can walk...normally I have recently started gym around 3 week. I know only xray can tell serious but with mine current listed symtoms( 99% correct) ... does it seems someone serious??
