My mom has severe shoulder pain due to cervical issues. She's also experiencing dizziness, and she gets a fever every evening. We had an MRI done, and l've attached the report. Could you please advise whether we should consult a neurologist or an orthopedic specialist? and What are the treatment for this?

Ankle got fractured while coming down from staircase. On bandage for more than 6 weeks, but still the gap in bone where it is broken is clearly observed in X-ray, can you pls check and help? After X-ray today, she has been asked to use an Injection rock-bone for few days and consult the Doctor after one month

SACROILIAC JOINTS : The sacroiliac joints appear normal. no articular surface erosions or edema noted. Lumbar canal AP diameter at L1 to L5 levels: Level L1 - L2 L2 - L3 L3 - L4 L4 - L5 L5 - S1 AP (mm) 13 11 12 11 11 Impression L4-L5 level :Mild diffuse disc bulge is noted indenting the thecal sac and causing narrowing of spinal canal , no e/o nerve root compression. L5-S1 level :Mild diffuse disc bulge is noted indenting the thecal sac and causing narrowing of spinal canal , no e/o nerve root compression. I have attached report document. Please help to overcome this problem going through continue severe pain.

Hello, am having heel pain everyday just by standing for 30-45 mins. What could be the problem? Just the heel inside bone pain. When I woke up from bed in the morning pain while walking after sometime it gets better but again if I stand for sometime I get pain.

I am facing jaw tightness not sure whom to visit and what are the causes for this ? I had herpes zoster on my back 10 days back but that shall not impact my jaw tightening ?
