Continuous pain in left foot below ankle.my right foot have surgery two years back.any solution regarding this pain

I took vitamin d3 60k but afther 30 minutes I vomited not chest burn since 3 days.Can I take digine tablets?

My constant docter suggest me to do mri for past one year back due lo phofibs I can't final I do my MRI... Final my MRI report giving me some impression can u suggest me about this .. I study everyday looking down for 2 hours straight When going to bed at night and after waking up in the morning, there is pain in the upper side and back of the head look like it's tension hedache I have three pillows Cervical , Soft Cushion ,Cotton etc

Need help on sciatica pain. I guess this sciatica only as the pain extends from left glute to left calf

Feels tired and sleepy all day, my legs ache entire day. My job is mainly standing for 2-3 hrs daily. I sleep for enough hrs still feel more to sleep and tiring

From both legs knees ,it chirping sound coming and also when I try to step up on stairs it feels some extra force on knees. What should I do to avoid it.

Pain in joints mainly knee joints, back pain, finger joints. The pain is irregular sometimes low and sometimes very high. (No swelling). And sometimes fever occurs due to pain. Medical reports are as follows - 1. ESR - 40 ( very high ) 2. CRP - 9 3. CCP - <7 4. Platelet count is low - 10500 I consulted 3 doctors till now but no effective result. 1month went well and again same symptoms and pain began. Please help.... if there is any suggestions or possible disease .

Facing heel pain when I get up in the morning if I step my feet down I am unable to walk for sometime it is an unbearable pain. Is this pain is normal or when to worry.. please help
