Is there a connection between heel pain and restless legs? Is this due to any kind of deficiency?

I have knee pain in both knees,dr has said it can be meniscus tear (probably grade 2) once i sit on floor,i feel sharp pain in both knees and my knees suddenly become unstable if i walk..dr told me some knee strengthening exercises but my pain has increased just after doing them for two days,what should i do? Pls help

I hurt my back in 2021 while lifting since i have had been having back pain. Been through a lot of therapy, medication, steroid injection. Although the pain is now management i have major pain in my tailbone and can't sit for long. But recently i have noticed my clothes fit me a little weird. It feels like my body is lopsided. Images show that my spinal cord is not exactly at the middle rather it is little to the left. Should I go to a doctor?

I fell down my x ray was normal .but there was a pain in my right leg heavy in the nights from buttocks to foot of my leg . Pain is more more severe in my upper hip when gas was formed . Whats the problem plz suggest.

Next week have endoscopic spine surgery Question After surgery still not able to lift weights as normal person do Not able to sit in floor? Can I able to run fast ? Can I go gym again? Able to bend forward?
