My Father is a farmer, During the time of Covid he fell down with bike accidentally & unfortunately that resulted in pain at his lower back or Sciatica. At that time that was only limited to hi lower back but as time passed, the same got even more worse. Earlier he can walk and do daily work as usual but later on the pain shifted to his thigh and now it causes so much pain that he can barely walk, infact he could not relay on that leg as it pains. So now he walks un evenly. we tried aryuvedic medicine and a treatment like taping the back (which helped in earlier stage). But as of now he's dealing with pain. It's my humble request for the requested doctor reading this to guide us in recovering from this situation.

My grandmother aged 84 was complaining about her leg pain day before yesterday she took calpol but still did not get relief in pain the next day she had severe pain in her left leg, untoleratable she could not even walk whereas she does all her work by herself she was walking a bit earlier in the morning yesterday with our support but then later in the evening she could not even stand properly for like seconds she had severe pain she asked her to take her to a hospital we took her there the duty doctor advised us an injection we took the injection and a painkiller but still she is feeling no better, the pain is still persistent what should we do ?

My husband lower spine mri shows diffuse posterior bulge with small left foraminal  protrusion at L4 indenting the thecal sac,left traversing nerve root.is it a serious problem?he has a leg pain not much while walking.since last 5-6 years.what can be done?
