Patellar chondromalacia is the wear and tear happened due to repititive movements of patella over femur. Softening of the cartilage in patella.
Can be of different grades.
To know that we need to get a MRI of both knees.

Based on ur grade of chondromalacia- we can plan for surgery or conservative management.
