Hello Doctor my name is Anand iam suffering from patella chondromalacia my age 34 years male pt,weight 78, height 177cm, I used pain killers , calcium tablets but still having severe knee pains,PRP injection is good for patella chondromalacia ? please suggest

- Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
- Keep no pillow under the head.
- Avoid painful acts & activities.
- Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold.

Don't sit cross legged
Don't squat
Avoid stairs
Do quadriceps, hamstring, vmo stretching exercises.
