Bone & Muscle problems

Due to slip in bathroom got injury on leg. Pain has not reduced and now skin turned black. As per xray no fracture. Guide the next step and medicine and home remedy.

I have pain and cracking sound in my. Since i went on a trekking trip with my friends The pain goes but comes back when ever i do heavy or long exercise or basic things like jumping for a long time or dancing

22nd July, I met with an accident, since then I have consulted 3 doctors for my ATFL sprain. It was an inversion sprain as my leg was under the bike when I had fallen and it had bent due to weight. I don't have any open wounds and the bruising is gradually fading away. I have been told to use air boot which I have used since 3 weeks now. In my last follow up I have been told to wear it for another 2 weeks which has extended to 13 , September. Do I need to start gradually putting weight in the air boot now? Please guide me  as to when can I start walking and is it okay to take physio now, I have also attached some pictures (xray and the foot how it looks now) Thank you doctors.

Black spot at food from last 3-4 months , I go to many doctors but their is no solution. So please help to find right medicine...😔

Dear Dr... I am a sports person, playing Cricket and Football on regular basis. It's been over a year or so  I am noticing that the muscle or tissue around and back of my knee swells causing pain and simultaneously bending of knee becomes a problems. As I take rest for 2 to 3 days the problems subsides, but not to a easy level meaning that it is comfortable, but there is little bit of swelling, which is visible through eyes I am also on Calcium Supplement along with Vit D3 60K. Other medication is Thyrox 125mcg Kindly advice, so that so that my sports activities are  not hampered.. Hoping for best advice nad treatment. Thanking you.

Mize kuch din se shoulder ke back side me pain ho raha tha and thoda neck ke upar ke part me bhi. Abhi neck me ek side kan ke thoda niche gath jaisa lag raha. Upar se nhi dikhta but hath lagane pr lagta hai. Kya ho sakta hai? Do I need to worry? Jyada pain nahi hota neck me. Back me hota hai

Lowe back pain...problem is in standing and pain during side changing during sleeping...is the given bed rest 2 week enough..or more than the expectation

Their is a sharp pain in my left leg heel on the right side. While walking or standing. This occurs almost 3 weeks before. What is this.

I met with an accident in the month April and suffered from talus fracture. I am currently recovering and in the phase where the doctor has asked me to get sport shoes for the next follow up to start with basic strength training. Can you suggest me on what type of shoes would be better for my feet . Talus fracture- Comminuted posterior talus fracture on the left foot
