As a Spine Specialist I see disc bulges like yours everyday,
If this the first time you have had pain and has been there for less than 6-8 weeks, chances are that you will improve,
If you have had multiple previous episodes of pain and / or the symptoms have been there for a long time, then you might have to look at something more than physio
That being said, it’s advisable to start physiotherapy and exercises once the pain has started to improve
Next Steps
You should get yourself checkout by a Spine Specialist physically
Health Tips
Avoid sitting cross legged, avoid bending forwards to to lift heavy things , Avoid long driving and two wheelers for next month
