It would be better if you could provide MRI and X-ray Images. There is significant changes in MRI..Needs proper treatment, activity modification and Spine muscle strengthening...Continue the medication as advised..can take vitamin D and Vitamin B12 supplements..Physiotherapy helps..observe for numbness and weakness..
